Ghee Karam Dosa / Neyyi Karam Dosa - Nellore Special Ghee Karam Dosa

1 cup Dosa Batter
4 sp Red Chilly Chutney/Erra Karam
Ghee for dosa
For Karam Chutney :
1 Onion roughly chopped
2 sp Red Chilli Powder
Combine and grind above chutney ingredients into a smooth paste with little water and keep aside.
Heat a tawa, once hot sprinkle little water on tawa and wipe with a kitchen cloth, then pour a ladle full of dosa batter in the centre and spread the batter with back of the ladle. Drizzle some ghee around the edge and on top of the dosa.
Take 1 sp of the erra karam and spread it on the dosa, now add 1 sp ghee on it and fry the dosa for a min or until the bottom of the dosa turns a nice brown color, don't flip the dosa. Once done put the cooked dosa on a plate. Now Nellore special ghee karam dosa/neyyi karam dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with a chutney or of your choice.
