Mamidikaya-Vada Pappu Pachadi / Raw Mango Soaked Moong Dal Chutney / Mamidi Pesara Pachadi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dal
- 1/4 cup Raw Mango Pieces
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 5 Red Chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustrd Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli Crocked
- 1 pinch Hing/Inguva
- Curry Leaves
- 1 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and soak moong dal along with red chillies for 20-25 mins. Wash peel raw mango and chop into small pieces.
- Grind soaked moong dal, red chillies into a coarse paste along with the remaining ingredients, after that transfer to a bowl.
- Heat oil in a small frying pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add it to ground chutney and mix well.
- Now raw mango soaked moog dal chutney/mamidikaya vada pappu pachadi is ready to serve, serve with hot rice.
