Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Dal
  • 1/4 cup Raw Mango Pieces
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 5 Red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustrd Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Red Chilli Crocked
  • 1 pinch Hing/Inguva
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak moong dal along with red chillies for 20-25 mins. Wash peel raw mango and chop into small pieces.
  2. Grind soaked moong dal, red chillies into a coarse paste along with the remaining ingredients, after that transfer to a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a small frying pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add it to ground chutney and mix well.
  4. Now raw mango soaked moog dal chutney/mamidikaya vada pappu pachadi is ready to serve, serve with hot rice.
