Besan Methi Ka Cheela Recipe / Gram Flour Methi Ka Puda - Dosa Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Besan/Gram Flour/Senaga Pindi
- handful chopped Methi Leaves/Menthi Kura
- 1/2 sp Ajwain Seeds/Carom Seeds/Vamu
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 Onion Finely chopped
- 1/2 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for dosa frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) mix together and add enough water to it and make a smooth batter without lumps.
- Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil before pouring the batter, when hot pour a ladle full of batter in the centre and spread carefully with back of the ladle.
- Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges of the cheela, once it's done, turn it to the other side, apply 1 sp oil and cook in low flame for 1 min.
- Repeat the same process for other pudas also, now healthy breakfast besan methi ka cheela is ready, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
