Beetroot Coconut Burfi Recipe / Beetroot Kobbari Burfi – How to make Beetroot Coconut Burfi - Burfi Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Beetroot
  • 1 cup grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • 2 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Apply little ghee to a plate and keep aside, heat remaining ghee to a kadhai add grated beetroot and stir-fry for 2 mins on low flame.
  2. Then add in sugar, coconut with 1/4 cup of water, mix together and cook on medium flame.
  3. Stirring it continuously till the beetroot mixture becomes thick, then add in elaichi powder and mix well.
  4. Remove from flame and pour the beetroot coconut mixture onto a greased plate and spread it evenly.
  5. Now beetroot coconut burfi is ready, allow it to cool and cut into desired pieces and serve.
