Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Beetroot
- 1 cup grated Fresh Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- 2 sp Ghee
Instructions
- Apply little ghee to a plate and keep aside, heat remaining ghee to a kadhai add grated beetroot and stir-fry for 2 mins on low flame.
- Then add in sugar, coconut with 1/4 cup of water, mix together and cook on medium flame.
- Stirring it continuously till the beetroot mixture becomes thick, then add in elaichi powder and mix well.
- Remove from flame and pour the beetroot coconut mixture onto a greased plate and spread it evenly.
- Now beetroot coconut burfi is ready, allow it to cool and cut into desired pieces and serve.
