Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Beetroot
  • 1 cup grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • 2 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Apply little ghee to a plate and keep aside, heat remaining ghee to a kadhai add grated beetroot and stir-fry for 2 mins on low flame.

  3. Then add in sugar, coconut with 1/4 cup of water, mix together and cook on medium flame.
