Bread Kulfi Recipe - how to make Bread Kulfi - Easy Kulfi Recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lt Whole Milk
- 3 Bread Slices
- 1 small cup Cream
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder(optional)
- 2 sp chopped Pista & Badam
Instructions
- Remove the edges of the bread slices and grind into a coarse powder, then add in cream, little milk and grind into a smooth paste.
- Boil milk in a vessel until it reduces half of its original quantity, then add sugar and boil for another 2-3 mins. Now add ground bread paste, chopped dry fruits to boiled milk and mix well until combined and cook it for a min on low flame, then turn off the heat.
- Allow it to cool down completely, once cooled pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and keep in the freezer until completely set (6-7 hours).
- Within 6 hours delicious kulfi is ready, before serving unmould under running water for a few seconds. Now bread kulfi is ready, sprinkle with crushed dry fruits over it and serve immediately.
