Carrot Onion Tomato Curry Recipe / Carrot Tomato Sabji

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Carrot
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chillies, onion and curry leaves and fry for 1 min.
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and stir well, cook for 1 min on low flame, now add grated carrot, salt and stir, sprinkle little water and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on medium flame until the carrot is well cooked, when done remove the lid and stir well.
  4. Fry for 1 min with out lid, then turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl.
  5. Carrot tomato onion porial is ready, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve, it's very tasty fry curry for rice or rotis.
