Wheat and Bajra Atta Chapathi / Godhuma Pearl Millet Chapathi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour/Godhuma Pindi
- 1 cup Bajra Flour/Sajja Pindi/Pearl Millet Flour
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Oil for chapati frying
Instructions
- Combine wheat flour, bajra flour into a bowl and mix with salt, enough water and prepare a dough, leave it to rest for some time with a lid.
- Knead well and divide the dough into small balls, flatten one ball of the dough with your hand.
- Apply wheat flour and roll out the ball into a thin round with the help of a rolling pin.
- Heat a pan and place chapathi on it and cook it on both sides, pressing gently.
- When it cooked lightly, spread oil the first side only.
- Remove from the flame, do the same with remaining dough balls.
- Now wheat bajra flour rotis are ready, serve with dal or curry.
