Dhaniya Rice / Coriander Seeds Rice / Dhaniya Podi Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- Salt to taste
- 1 sp Ghee
- 2 sp Oil
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- few Curry Leaves
- 1 pinch Hing
- 2 sp Coriander Seeds/Dhaniyalu
- 1 sp Chana Dal
- 1 sp Urad Dal
- 4 Red Chillies
- 1/2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat 1/2 sp oil in a pan add powder ingredients and stir-fry them till golden brown then remove from the pan and allow it to cool, once cooled grind them into a coarse powder and keep aside.
- Heat ghee + oil in a khadai add red chilli, curry leaves and fry for 10 secs then add ground powder, hing and fry for 1 min on low flame.
- Finally add the cooked rice, salt to it and combine well, now add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now dhaniya podi rice/coriander seeds rice is ready to serve, serve hot with fresh curd.
