Ingredients

3 sp Red Chilli Powder
1 big Onion chopped
2″ inches Tamarind Flake
3 Garlic Cloves
2 sp Jaggery (if required)
Salt to taste

Instructions

Wash and soak tamarind in little water and keep aside for 5 mins
After that grind them into a smooth paste with enough water.
If you want sweet add jaggery, otherwise not necessary. Once done transfer in a serving bowl, now dosa karam/erra karam is ready to serve. Serve with dosa, idli and chapathi.
