Peanut Roasted Chana Dal Coconut Chutney / Palli Fried Gram Kobbari Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Chana Dal
  • fistful Fresh Coconut Pieces
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 2" Tamarind flake
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Cumin S eeds
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Grind all ingredients into a paste with enough water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add popu and fry, once done add curry leaves and stir.
  3. Then add this popu to ground chutney and mix well.
  4. Palli putnala pappu kobbari chutney is ready to serve.
  5. Serve with idli and dosa.
