Peanut Roasted Chana Dal Coconut Chutney / Palli Fried Gram Kobbari Pachadi
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 cup Roasted Chana Dal
- fistful Fresh Coconut Pieces
- 4 Green Chillies
- 2" Tamarind flake
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin S eeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil
For Popu :
Instructions
- Grind all ingredients into a paste with enough water.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu and fry, once done add curry leaves and stir.
- Then add this popu to ground chutney and mix well.
- Palli putnala pappu kobbari chutney is ready to serve.
- Serve with idli and dosa.
