Kaju Besan Laddu–how to make Kaju Besan Laddu-Holi special recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan/gram Flour
- 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts Powder
- 1 cup powdered Sugar
- 2 Elaichi Pods
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 2 sp crushed Pistas
Instructions
- Grind sugar with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep aside, then grind kaju also into a fine powder and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, when hot add gram flour and fry- stirring continuously on low heat till it gives good aroma & turns light reddish color.
- Then remove from the pan to a bowl and allow it cool slightly, then add in cashew nut powder, ground sugar and mix thoroughly with hand.
- Take some amount of the besan mixture and make into small lemon sized balls and set aside to cool, once cooled sprinkle with crushed pistas and serve.
