Lemon Rice Recipe / Nimmakaya Pulihora
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1/4 sp Turmeric Powder
- 4 tsp Lime Juice
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Red Chillies crocked
- fistful Peanuts
- 1 pinch Inguva
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- 2 sp oil

Instructions
- Place cooked rice in a mixing bowl and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a khadai add popu ingredients and fry for one min.
- Now add peanuts and stir for 30 secs, then add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder and stir well.
- Once done add fried popu to cooked rice, then add lemon juice along with salt and mix very well.
- Lemon rice is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
