Malai Kulfi / Easy Kulfi Recipes – How to prepare Malai Kulfi
Ingredients
- 1/2 lt Whole Milk
- 1 small cup Cream
- 4-5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 sp Corn Flour
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- few chopped Dry Fruits
- (pistas, badam)
- Kulfi Moulds or polystyrene cups
Instructions
- Boil the milk on low flame, keep stirring occasionally until it reduced to half its original quantity, meanwhile dissolve the corn flour in little milk and keep aside.
- Add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins, now add the corn flour milk mixture and stir continuously, keep stirring till the milk is slightly thicken.
- Then add cream, chopped dry fruits, elaichi powder and mix well, turn off the flame and leave it to cool down completely.
- Fill into kulfi moulds or small polystyrene cups and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or till frozen well.
- After that malai kulfi is ready, before serving dip each kulfi mould in water and turnout into a serving bowl, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve immediately.
