Nuvvula Laddu Recipe / Black Sesame Seeds Laddu / Chimmili Unda / Nuvvula Chimmili
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nalla Nuvvulu/Til/Black Sesame Seeds
- 3/4 cup grated Jaggery
Instructions
- Heat a pan add sesame seeds and dry roast on medium flame. Fry them until good aroma comes out, then remove from the pan. Keep aside to cool down for a while.
- Once cooled grind the roasted sesame seeds into a course powder, transfer to a bowl.
- Next blend jaggery into coarse powder, take out from the jar and add it ground sesame seeds powder.
- Mix the ground ingredients well and make laddus. Now black sesame seeds laddus/til ke laddu are ready to serve.
