Dal Palak with Lemon Juice / Spinach Dal with Lemon Juice / Palak Nimmakaya Pappu
Ingredients
- 1 cup Toor Dal
- 2 cups chopped Spinach/Palakura
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 2 sp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- 4 crushed garlic Cloves
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Pressure cook toor dal, tomato, green chillies along with chopped palak/spinach. Allow it cool for some time, then remove the lid and mash the dal mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry. Once done add curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves and stir. Then add palak dal mixture, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir well.
- Cook it for a couple of mins and then turn off the flame, now add lemon juice and mix well. Now tasty tasty palakura nimmakaya pappu is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice and rotis.
