Sweet Potato Snack / Chilagadadumpa Snack - Fasting Recipes

Ingredients

  • 2 nos Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/8 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut chilagadadumpa into thin rounds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add popu and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped sweet potato pieces, salt and stir well.
  3. sprinkle little water and mix well, cook on low flame.
  4. Cover the pan with a steel plate and pour 1/2 cup of water in the plate.
  5. Steam cook for 10-12 mins on low flame, keep stirring in middle.
  6. When done remove from fire and transfer into a serving bowl.
  7. Chilgadadumpa snack is ready to serve. It's a healthy fasting recipe
