Triangle Paratha Recipe / Triangle Roti / Triangular Chapathi
Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Milk or Curd
- Salt to taste
- 2 sp Ghee
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
- 4 sp Oil
- Water
Instructions
- Mix together first four ingredients in a bowl and mix well with enough water and prepare a soft dough.
- Cover the dough and allow it to rest for at least 20 - 30 mins, knead well and divide the dough into lime sized balls.
- Flatten one ball of the dough with your hand and roll it out into a circle like chapathi, apply ghee and fold the circle into half.
- Apply oil and then fold it again to make a triangle shape, then roll out into a paratha, now it already looks like a triangular in shape.
- Heat a griddle, when it hot cook chapathi on both sides with oil, now triangle chapathi is ready to serve, serve with dal or curry.
