Finger Millet Flour Wheat Flour Dosa Recipe / Ragi Godhuma pindi Dosa

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Atta
  • 1 cup Finger Millet Flour/Ragi Pindi
  • 2 Green Chillies finally chopped
  • 1 Onion finally chopped
  • 2 sp grated Carrot
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Water for batter
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the wheat flour, ragi flour, salt together, then add enough water and make a batter like dosa batter.
  2. Then add chopped veggies to the dosa batter and mix very well.
  3. Heat a griddle and grease it with oil before pouring the batter. Pour it at the center of the pan and spread the batter quickly. Now apply little oil around the edges of the dosa.
  4. When the edges start browning, flip the dosa on the other side and cook for a min on low flame.
  5. Cook both sides and transfer into a serving plate, now godhuma, ragi dosa is ready to serve. Serve it with chutney powder or any pickle.
