Whole Wheat Laddu Recipe / Godhuma Sunnudalu / Godhuma Laddu - Laddu Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat / Godhumalu
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Elaichi Pods
- 3 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat 1 sp ghee in pan on medium heat, add whole wheat and stir-fry, roast them until dark golden brown in color then turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled grind them into a fine powder then remove the wheat powder from the jar to a mixing bowl.
- Blend sugar with eliachi pods into a fine powder, then add it to ground wheat flour.
- Mix well and add in remaining warm ghee and mix everything well, take small portion of the wheat mixture and shape into a ball.
- Now tasty tasty whole wheat laddu/godhuma laddu is ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
