Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat / Godhumalu
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Elaichi Pods
  • 3 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 sp ghee in pan on medium heat, add whole wheat and stir-fry, roast them until dark golden brown in color then turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool.
  2. Once cooled grind them into a fine powder then remove the wheat powder from the jar to a mixing bowl.
  3. Blend sugar with eliachi pods into a fine powder, then add it to ground wheat flour.
  4. Mix well and add in remaining warm ghee and mix everything well, take small portion of the wheat mixture and shape into a ball.
  5. Now tasty tasty whole wheat laddu/godhuma laddu is ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
