Achari Paratha Recipe/Paratha with Mango Pickle - Chapathi Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi
- 3 sp Mango Avakai
- 2 sp fresh Yogurt
- enough Water
- little Salt
- 3 sp Ghee/Oil
Instructions
- Place wheat flour in a mixing bowl add mango pickle and mix well, then add in curd, little salt, enough water and make a soft dough, keep aside for 15 mins with cover.
- After that knead well and make it three big lemon sized balls and keep aside, take one dough ball and roll it into a chapathi. Then fry it on a hot tawa with ghee/oil on both sides, repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.
- Now achari paratha are ready, serve them hot with fresh curd/yogurt or pickle.
