Dates And Almond Smoothie / Dates Badam Smoothie - Smoothie Recipes - Beverages
Ingredients
- 5 no Deseeded Dates
- 8 no Almonds/Badam
- 1/4 cup fresh Yogurt/Curd
- 1 cup boiled nd cooled Milk
- 4 sp Sugar
- 1/2 sp Vanilla essence(optional)
- 2 sp chopped Badam
for Garnishing :
Instructions
- Soak almonds in hot water and keep aside for 10 min and then remove the skin. Place almonds, dates, sugar and yogurt in a mixie jar.
- Blend until smooth paste, then add in milk and blend it again for 5 secs. Now dates almond milk smoothie is ready, pour into glasses and garnish with chopped badam and serve immediately.
