Achari Paratha Recipe/Paratha with Mango Pickle - Chapathi Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi
  • 3 sp Mango Avakai
  • 2 sp fresh Yogurt
  • enough Water
  • little Salt
  • 3 sp Ghee/Oil

Instructions

  1. Place wheat flour in a mixing bowl add mango pickle and mix well, then add in curd, little salt, enough water and make a soft dough, keep aside for 15 mins with cover.
  2. After that knead well and make it three big lemon sized balls and keep aside, take one dough ball and roll it into a chapathi. Then fry it on a hot tawa with ghee/oil on both sides, repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.
  3. Now achari paratha are ready, serve them hot with fresh curd/yogurt or pickle.
