
Carrot Onion Curry / Carrot Ullipaya Kura / Carrot Onion Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Carrot
- 1 big Onion chopped finely
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Curry Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- 1 sp Oil
- few Curry Leaves

Instructions
- Pressure cook chopped carrot with enough salt and turmeric powder, once done turn off the flame and allow it to cool. After that drain them. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, when done add chopped onion, curry leaves and stir-fry until the onions are soft.
- Add in cooked carrot and stir-fry for 2 mins on low-medium flame, then add curry powder and mix well and cook for a while. Now carrot onion fry curry is ready, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice or roti.
