Milk Peda With Milk Powder / Instant Kismis Peda / Doodh Peda – How to make Instant Milk Peda
Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powder
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- few Fresh Kismis/Raisins
- 3 sp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan add cream and mix well, keep the flame on low and stir well.
- Then add milk powder and mix very well, stirring continuously and cook until it becomes slightly thicken.
- Now add in powdered suger, elaichi powder and mix well. Cook on low heat till the sugar dissolves, keep stirring continuously till the mixture leaves sides of the pan.
- Then remove from the flame and pour onto a greased plate, allow it to cool for some time. Once cooled mix well and make small round balls and press a kismis/kishmish on top of each peda. Now yummy yummy Diwali special sweet kismis peda is ready.
