Veg Uttapam 2nd Method–how to Make Vegetable Uttapam-Uttapam Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover Idli Batter
- Little Salt
- Oil for dosa frying
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 2 sp grated Carrot
- 2 green Chillies finely chopped
- 2 sp chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions
- Take leftover idly batter in a bowl add little salt, chopped mixed vegetables and mix well. Now mix veg uttapam batter is ready.
- Heat 1 sp oil in a non-stick pan, when the tawa is hot pour a ladle ful of mixed batter on it and spread slightly to make a small circle. Sprinkle 1 sp of oil around the edges and top of the uttapam. Cover with a lid and cook till uttapam turns golden color, then flip and cook the other side for a few secs. Now second method veg uttapam is ready. Serve hot with any pickle.
