Curry Leaves Poha / Karivepaku Atukulu / Karivepallai Aval
Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Poha/Atukulu/Beaten Rice
- 2 sp Curry Leaves Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- fistful Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- few Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and soak poha in water for 5 mins and then squeeze the poha and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry for a while, then add peanuts and fry.
- Once done, add curry leaves, squeezed poha, turmeric powder, little salt, curry leaves powder and mix everything well, cover and cook for a couple of mins.
- After that turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, now curry leaves poha is ready, serve hot as breakfast/snack.
