Poha Soya Granules Upma / Beaten Rice Upma with Soya Granules
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup Thick Poha/Atukulu/Flatten Rice
- 1/2 cup Soya Granules
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Chana Dal
- 1/4 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and soak soya granules in hot water for 5 mins and then drain well.
- wash and soak poha for 2 mins, then squeeze out extra water from it and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chilli, onion pieces, curry leaves and fry till onion turns soft.
- Then add soya granules and stir well, cook for a while then add soaked poha, salt and mix well.
- Allow it to cook for a couple of mins on low flame, once done turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now poha soya granules upma is ready to serve, serve hot
