Atika Mamidaku Pappu / Dal with Tella Galijeru Aaku - Dal Recipes
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped Atika Mamidaku
- 1 cup Toor Dal
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 sp Tamarind Pulp
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Combine and Pressure cook toor dal, onion, green chilli pieces and chopped atika mamidaku.
- Once done turn off the heat and let the cooker cool down completely. After that remove the lid and mash it well.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add cooked dal mix and stir well. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, tamarind pulp and mix everything well.
- Continue to cook for a couple of mins on low flame, then turn of the heat and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now healthy and tasty atika mamidiaku pappu is ready to serve, serve with white rice or rotis.
