Jonna Pindi Rava Dosa/Jowar Atta Rava Dosa/Jowar and Suji Dosa Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Suji / Semolina / Bombai Rava
- 1 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour / Maida
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 sp chopped Green Chilies
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- Salt to taste
- Oil for dosa
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl put all the above ingredients except oil and mix them well with enough water to form a thin batter. Keep aside for 10 mins.
- Heat a non- stick tawa and grease it lightly with oil before pouring the batter. Pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center.
- Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges and pour a little oil in the holes of the dosa. Once the bottom turns light brown, flip over the rava dosa to the other side, so that it gets cooked well.
- Repeat the same process for other dosas also, now jonna pindi rava dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with coconut chutney.
