Soya and Indian Broad Beans Coconut Fry Curry / Soya Chikkudu Kobbari Kura
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Chikkudukayalu/Indian Broad Beans
- 2 tbsp Soya Granules
- 2 sp fresh grated Coconut
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and pressure cook chikkudukayalu/broad beans along with salt and turmeric powder, meanwhile wash and soak soya granules in hot water for 15 mins and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, cooked broad beans/chikkudukayalu and stir-fry for 1 min.
- Now add squeezed soya granules and stir, then add grated coconut, red chilli powder and mix well, cover and cook for a couple of mins.
- After that turn of the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, soya chikkudukaya curry is ready to serve, serve hot with rice or roti.
