Achari Poha Recipe/Mango Pickled Poha/Flattened Rice with Mango Pickle
Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Poha/Beaten Rice/Atukulu
- 2 sp Mango Pickle
- fistful Roasted Gram/Roasted Bengal Gram
- 1 pinch Cumin Seeds
- 1 sp Dry Coconut Pieces
- little Salt
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash well and soak poha for 2 mins and then squeeze water from it and keep in a mixing bowl.
- Meanwhile, combine above all powder ingredients and grind into a fine powder and keep aside.
- Add mango pickle, ground roasted gram flour mixture to squeezed poha and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves and stir for 10 secs then turn off the flame.
- Then add fried popu to poha mixture and mix it well, now simple and easy breakfast mango pickled poha is ready, serve with fresh yogurt/curd.
