Aloo Bajji Recipe / Potato Fritters - Bajji Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan/Gram Flour
- 2 sp Rice Flour
- 2 nos Aloo/Potato
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli powder
- 1 pinch Cooking Soda
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin round pieces and keep them aside.
- In a bowl add besan, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, cooking soda and mix well, add enough water and prepare bajji batter without lumps.
- Heat oil in a kadai, once hot dip aloo slices and drop into hot oil one by one carefully.
- Fry them until they become light golden brown in color then remove from the oil and place them on a paper towel.
- Now aloo bajjilu are ready to serve, serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
