Aloo Capsicum Kura / Bell Pepper and Potato Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 no Potatoes
  • 2 no Capsicum
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 2 sp Curry Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash peel potatoes and cut into medium sized pieces.
  2. Wash deseed and cut the capsicum into medium size pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped alu pieces, turmeric powder and stir.
  4. Sprinkle little water and mix well, let it cook with cover on low flame for 5 mins.
  5. After this add chopped capsicum, salt and cook till soft.
  6. Once done add curry powder, chopped curry leaves and mix.
  7. Cover and cook for a couple of mins and then turn off the flame.
  8. Now alu capsicum curry is ready to serve, serve with hot rice.
