Green Beans Coconut Porial / Beans Kobbari Kura / Beans Coconut Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Beans
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 inch Tamarind flake
  • 2-3 sp grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut beans into small pieces.
  2. Pressure cook beans with salt, turmeric powder, tamarind and strain.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
  4. Add curry leaves, cooked beans and stir well.
  5. Add grated coconut, red chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Let it cook for couple of min on low-medium flame.
  7. Once done remove from fire and transfer into a serving bowl.
  8. Beans kobbari kura is ready to serve, serve hot with rice.
