Beaten Rice Yogurt Bath with Onion / Curd Poha with Onion / Poha Curd Bath

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick Poha/Beaten Rice
  • 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli Crocked
  • Coriander Leaves chopped
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and drain, sprinkle little water and keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. After that add curd, milk, salt and mix everything well and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan addpopu ingredients and fry.
  4. Once done add green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onion and fry until soft.
  5. Allow it cool completely, once cooled add this popu to curd poha bath and mix well.
  6. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well, now poha curd bath is ready.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
