Besan Spinach Ka Cheela/Gram Flour Palak Ka Puda/Besan Dosa - Dosa Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Besan/Gram Flour/Senaga Pindi
- handful chopped Spinach/Palakura
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 Onion Finely chopped
- 1/2 sp chopped Ginger
- 2 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for dosa frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) mix together and add enough water to it and make a smooth batter without lumps.
- when hot pour a ladle full of batter to the centre and spread carefully with back of the ladle. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges of the cheela, once it's done, turn it to the other side and apply 1/2 sp oil, cook on low flame for 1 min. Repeat the same process for other pudas/dosa, now healthy breakfast besan palak ka cheela is ready, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
