Bread Coconut Burfi / Bread Kobbari Burfi - Burfi Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • few chopped Dry Fruits
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder(optional)
  • 1 sp Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. Apply ghee to a plate and keep aside, heat a khadai and add grated coconut, sugar, 1/2 cup of water and mix together and cook.
  2. Cook on medium flame, keep stirring till the mixture well cooked then add bread crumbs, elaichi powder and stir.
  3. Cook on low-medium flame for 2 mins or until the mixture is slightly thick then remove from flame and pour the coconut bread mixture onto a greased plate and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top and press them gently, let it leave for some time and cut it into desired pieces.
  5. Now yummy yummy bread coconut burfi is ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
