Carrot Cabbage Mixed Curry Recipe / Patta Gobhi Carrot Porial / Cabbage Carrot Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1 cup grated Carrot
- 2 sp grated Fresh Coconut
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry. Once done add curry leaves, green chillies and fry for a while. Then add in chopped cabbage and mix well, add turmeric powder and stir. Sprinkle little water and cook on medium flame with a lid. keep stirring in between.
- When it half done add grated carrot and mix well, then add enough salt and cook until done.
- Once done add grated coconut and mix everything well and cook for a while, now cabbage carrot mixed curry is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice and roti.
