Carrot Corn Curd Rice Recipe/Carrot Corn Daddojanam - Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1/2 cup Fresh Curd
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn
- 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- few chopped Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- 11/2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Combine and cook chopped carrot and sweet corn with little salt, once done keep it aside.
- In a wide bowl spread the cooked rice, when cooled add curd/yogurt, milk, salt and mix very well.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and fry for 30 secs.
- Then add cooked carrot corn mix, coriander leaves and stir-fry for a couple of mins after that turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled pour the fried carrot mix and mix everything well, now carrot corn curd rice is ready.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
