Coconut White Sesame Laddu Recipe / Kobbari Nuvvula Laddu
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup grated Fresh Coconut
- 1 cup grated Jaggery
- 1/4 cup White Sesame Seeds
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
Instructions
- Heat a pan and dry roast sesame seeds and grind into a coarse powder and keep aside.
- Add jaggery in a pan with 1/8 cup of water and bring it to a boil, the jaggery dissolves completely then strain it.
- In the same pan add jaggery syrup, grated coconut, elaichi powder and cook on medium flame.
- Keep stirring frequently, once the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan then add ground sesame powder.
- Mix well and remove from the fire and pour on a plate for cool. Let it cool for some time and make lemon sized balls.
- Now kobbari nuvvula laddu/coconut sesame laddu is ready to serve.
