Cracked Wheat Laddu Recipe / Godhuma Rava Laddu / Whole Wheat Suji Laddu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cracked Wheat/Godhuma Rava
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 5 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind sugar along with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 sp ghee in pan on medium heat add wheat rava/whole wheat suji and fry. Roast the wheat rava until golden brown in color and turn off the flame. Allow it cool for a couple of mins, then transfer into a mixe jar.
  3. And then grind the fried wheat rava into powder. Transfer the ground rava to a mixing bowl and add powdered sugar.
  4. Mix well and add remaining warm ghee and mix until it is well combined. Take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball.
  5. Now cracked wheat laddus are ready, store them in an airtight container.
