Curry Leaves Dosa Recipe/Karivepaku Dosa-Healthy Breakfast Recipe - Dosa Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dosa Batter
- 1/2 cup Curry Leaves/Karivepaku
- 2 Green Chillies
- enough Salt
- Oil for dosa
Instructions
- Wash and grind curry leaves, green chillies into a fine paste, then add ground paste, salt to dosa batter and mix well.
- Heat a dosa pan and grease it with little oil, when hot pour a ladle full of the batter in the center & spread it into a thin round with the back of the ladle.
- Now apply 1 sp of oil around the edges of dosa, when done flip and cook the other side for 30 secs and remove from the pan.
- Repeat the same with remaining batter, now healthy breakfast curry leaves/karivepaku dosa is ready to serve, serve with any chutney or pickle.
