Kala Chana Sundalu / Black Chickpeas Talimpu / Nalla Senagalu Guggillu - Sundalu Recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Black Chickpeas / Nalla Senagalu
- 2 sp grated Fresh Coconut
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/8 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- 1 pinch Hing
- few Curry Leaves
- 1/2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and soak dried black chickpeas overnight and then pressure cook the soaked black chickpeas for 3 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add cooked peas, salt and fry for 30 secs.
- Add grated coconut and stir-fry for 30 secs, then remove from the pan and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now traditional recipe sundal is ready for naivedyam to Goddess Durga Devi during navratri festival.
