Dosa Pindi - How to prepare Dosa Batter
Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 4 cups Rice
- 1/4 cup Poha/Atukulu/Beaten Rice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash, soak urad dal and rice in separate bowls.
- Wash and soak poha in a bowl separately.
- Grind urad dal, rice & poha into a thick & smooth paste.
- Mix them well and allow it for fermenting overnight.
- Next day morning stir the batter with enough salt.
- Add enough water for pouring consistency like dosa batter.
- Now dosa batter is ready to prepare dosa.
