Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 cup Jowar Flour
- 1/2 cup Bajra Flour
- 1/2 cup Wheat Atta
- Water for Batter
- Salt to taste
- Oil for dosa
Preparation :
- Take a bowl add above all flour and make a batter like dosa batter with enough water and salt.
- Heat a non stick tawa and a add a drop of oil and spread it with a half of an onion, potato or a paper.
- Then pour a laddle full of batter from the edges towards the center, do not spread the batter. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges.

Cook the dosa on both sides, once done remove to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.

Now mixed flour dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with any chutney or chutney powder.
