Dosa with Mixed Flour / Millets Dosa / Mixed Flour Dosa

                                           

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 cup Jowar Flour
  • 1/2 cup Bajra Flour
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Atta
  • Water for Batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa

Preparation :

  • Take a bowl add above all flour and make a batter like dosa batter with enough water and salt.
  • Heat a non stick tawa and a add a drop of oil and spread it with a half of an onion, potato or a paper.
  • Then pour a laddle full of batter from the edges towards the center, do not spread the batter. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges.
  • Cook the dosa on both sides, once done remove to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
  • Now mixed flour dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with any chutney or chutney powder.
