Yellow Cucumber Besan Curry / Ullipaya Besan Kura
Ingredients
- 1 no Dosakaya/Yellow Cucumber
- 1 big Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 sp Besan/Senaga Pindi
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash peel and cut dosakaya into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- When it done add curry leaves, onions and saute well.
- Add chopped dosakaya, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat, if necessary sprinkle little water.
- Once done add red chilli powder and gram flour.
- Stir well and continue to cook on low flame with cover for a min.
- Now turn off heat and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Dosakaya besan curry is ready to serve. Serve with rice and roti.
