Gobi 65 Recipe / Cauliflower 65 – How to make Gobi 65 - Easy Starter recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- Oil for deep fry
- 3 sp All purpose Flour
- 4 sp Cornflour
- 1 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 sp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp Pepper Powder
- 1 pinch Saffron Color
- few chopped Coriander leaves
- few chopped Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
- few Curry Leaves
- 5-6 Green Chillies
- 2-3 sliced Onion

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash well and boil them in salt( little salt)water for 3 mins, once done drain them and pat dry
- In a mixing bowl mix all above batter ingredients together then add enough water to it and prepare a thick-thin batter.
- Then add chopped coriander, curry leaves, boiled cauliflower florets and mix everything well.
- Heat oil in a khadai, when hot take small portion of the cauliflower batter and drop them in the hot oil.
- Deep fry them on medium heat until golden brown in color, then remove from the khadai, repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
- In the same oil fry some curry leaves and slit green chillies for garnishing.
- Now cauliflower/gobi 65 is ready, garnish with fried green chillies, curry leaves, sliced onion and serve hot.
