Gobi Palak Fry / Cauliflower Spinach Curry / Gobi Spinach Sabji
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 1 cup chopped Spinach
- 2 Green Chillies Slit Lengthwise
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 pinch Hing
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and stir-fry for a min. Then add ginger garlic paste, powder spices and mix well, sprinkle a little water and cook for a while.
- Now add chopped gobi florets and mix well, sprinkle some water and cook with a cover until the curry is half done. Then add chopped spinach, salt and mix well, cover with a lid and cook till done.
- Then open the lid and mix well, continue to cook until all the moisture has evaporated. When done, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl. Now gobi palak dry curry is ready to serve, serve with rice or roti.
